Breaking News: Deadly Russian Missile Attack Claims 11 Lives in Zelenskyy's Hometown.

In President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's birthplace of Kryvyi Rih, an assault has occurred while Ukrainian forces are initiating a counteroffensive, marking over 15 months since Russia's invasion.

In the heart of a Ukrainian city, Russian missiles poured down during the night, resulting in the tragic loss of at least 11 lives and leaving over two dozen individuals injured. The targets of this attack were a warehouse and an apartment building, according to local officials on Tuesday.

The city under attack was Kryvyi Rih, which happens to be the hometown of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. This assault comes at a time when Ukrainian forces have initiated a counteroffensive, aiming to regain control over their territory, over 15 months since the Russian invasion.

Over the past few weeks, Russian forces have repeatedly unleashed missile strikes during the night, targeting various locations throughout Ukraine. The toll from Tuesday's attack stands as one of the highest casualties resulting from a single strike.

Towards the end of April, missile strikes devastated an apartment building in the central city of Uman, claiming the lives of 23 people, including six innocent children.

President Zelenskyy shared images of the recent missile attack on his Telegram channel, showcasing brave firefighters combating the raging flames as they pushed through shattered windows in the damaged apartment building. The surrounding area was littered with charred and damaged vehicles.
